On Monday morning just before 3 am, officers located an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of a local motel. During their investigation, officers located narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded handgun inside the vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, who was from Arizona was arrested and booked at the county jail.
This was an excellent proactive observation arrest by our officers where drugs and a loaded firearm were taken off the streets of Chino.
