Chino, CA - On April 2, 2023, at about 2:07 a.m., Chino Police Officers responded to the 5400 block of Philadelphia Avenue in reference to a call about a possible dead body. Responding officers located a male subject in the parking lot who had been the victim of a shooting. The subject was pronounced deceased at the scene, and officers determined the subject was the victim of a homicide.
Based on the initial investigation, there is no immediate threat to the community. Chino Police Detectives are investigating the incident and encourage anyone with any information to contact the Chino Police Department.
