Adopted in July 1986, The Majestic Spectrum Specific Plan is located in the southwest part of the City of Chino, adjacent to State Highway 71. It includes 370 acres of land south of Schaefer Avenue, west of Ramona Avenue, north of Eucalyptus Avenue, and east of Highway 71.
The Majestic Spectrum encompasses 370.1 net acres of Commercial, Office and Industrial uses. The primary objective of the plan is to provide guidance for a regional shopping area/commercial complex that includes the full spectrum of Regional Commercial land uses.
